Starbase 11 is a single-player mod for Raven's Elite Force and is based on the original Star Trek series. It allows the player to tour and explore this sprawling base as it was in the year 2267. The mod actually started as a holomatch map, but it eventually became so large and complex that the holomatch engine could no longer handle it. Consequently, I decided to continue the project as a single-player mod, and what began as a single map soon evolved into many interconnected maps.

Starbase 11 was seen in two TOS episodes, "Courtmartial" and "The Menagerie", and most of the areas seen in those episodes have been recreated for this mod. The mod goes beyond what was seen on television, however, and new areas have been designed and built to create all the facilities one would expect to find at a starbase. The mod is divided into two main sections: the planetside base; and an orbital facility. Each section includes maps of several areas, and there are hubs from which you can travel back and forth between maps.

The Mod is currently 85% finished and Laz Rojas is aiming for a April release. The mod is a real eyecandy, everything looks very good and it is huge. And i suppose starships grow on trees then...

Anyways great map. looks fun to run around in and with TOS weaps itl be a riot...if you can activate that in SP.

Anywyas Just remember that just because you don't see something in the series does not mean that it doesn't exist in the cannon
