Vulcans_Forge - File Description  


Description:
This download contains two versions of the map "Vulcans_Forge," however the maps are not completely identical. One is for deathmatch and the other for CTF. The map is based on a map of the same name for the Nintendo 64 game "Turok 2". Both maps consist of a series of rooms and corridors with the odd court yard and a lava pit.

Both maps are of good quality and are well mapped, with no visible errors that I could see. Although a bit blocky for my tastes these maps have great potential for good online game play.
Bots are also supported meaning that online play isn't the only option for these maps. smile

DESCRPTION

Two maps are included in the pk3, a deathmatch & a ctf version The textures used are from socs
egypt texture pack.

Vulcans_forge : a series of rooms or open areas connected by corridor
The layout of this map is based upon a map of the same name for the N64 game turok2
(its not identical).

Ctf_vf :Identical to vulcans forge apart from this is the ctf version & the item placement is
slightly different to balance out the gameplay


INSTALLATION

Stick Pk3 in your BaseEF folder, run from menu or console (map fragbasex)

Thanks pinky smile, yes it is large but the non-ctf version isn;t so big.

I was kinda hoping to see & play this on some servers the map makes for very good gameplay (i thinkwink)
