Description:
This map takes place on the S.S. Ironman spaceship. Roam around the corridors and you'll see a lot of cool stuff. There are some usable consoles and other little goodies. Some of the consoles activate stuff like a bridge which you can use to get to the little spaceship which is docked. The engineering section is a hazardous area. It's filled with lethal radiation which will slowly but surely put an end to your misery. The cannon on top actually rotates.

You can really see that Gigon spent a lot of time detailing the map. It's looks quite impressive and I can tell you without a doubt that you'll have a lot of fun on this map.


I highly suggest that you check this out!

Installation:

Put the dm_dy100a.pk3 in your BaseEF folder or in your
favorite mod folder.


Uninstallation:

Delete the dm_dy100a.pk3.

Game story:

This is a DY-100 class ship refit with shield,
deflector and warp drive technologie.

Gameplay notes:

- Their's many working consoles, try them all!

- Becarefull, the engeneering is flooded with radiation.

- Watch out for the malfunctionning winch! It's stuck
in a loop with a torpedo thats quite heavy, It can
crush you in a second.

Contruction notes:

- The base for this map is my old ''Botanybay'' map.

Knownbug:

- This map as been design for HUMAN players, gameplay
with bots may be not so good.

- Bots don't use ladder, don't activate devices and are
clumsy with platforms.

- Sometime you may get ''Error: BotEntityActivate:
Unknow Activator With Classname ''worldspawn'' ''
error in the console. This issue is related to the bots
and their interaction with door or platform... Don't
worry it dosent affect gameplay.

- Some sound may interrupt in some places.

The dy100 cl***** is a startrek pre-warp ship.

Looks like a GREAT map!!!

Gosh I hate that Filefront malarky. It tells me there was an error response and drops the download.... I never can download from them. Not just this map but every one of the files from filefront host.... Every since this site started using Filefront, I've been forced to go FTP instead.... But the map isn't listed in the Maps > Deathmatch: yet ???

The other two links are not working yet.

Guess I'll wait 6 hours and try it again frown

how do you get in the shuttle? i dont see a jetpack anywhere...
