Description:
Let Ef2 Modding commense!

gameRevolt has created a tool that enables .dds files, when double clicked, to be automatically converted to .tga files, which are editable by Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc.

Converting .tga back to .dds is more complicated, however, and I am not entirely clear on it myself. However, I asked gameRevolt to clear it up for me, and as soon as I know, i'll make a comment.

.DDS To .TGA Convertor - Readme  
Readme File:
This very simple program will convert dds texture files to tga files.

Install
-------

Copy all the files in the system folder to your windows system folder
(eg c:\windows\system for windows 98, or c:\windows\system32 for windows xp.

Run install.reg

To use
------

Double click a .dds file, and a .tga file will be made accordingly.

Credits: This is just a frontend to a graphics library that already
